Wave7 Optics, Inc. (www.wave7optics.com) has established an ASIC/FPGA Center of Excellence in Tampa, FL. The new facility will drive the development of complex Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) for key components of the Wave7 Optics product suite, which include state-of-the-art IP packet engines that combine with off-the-shelf switching devices to create unique, cost-effective Ethernet access solutions.
