August 29, 2001 MiLAN Technology has appointed John McQuade as its director of technical support and customer service, and John O'Shaughnessy as director of marketing.
August 29, 2001 MiLAN Technology (www.milan.com) has appointed John McQuade as its director of technical support and customer service. In this position, McQuade will be responsible for the company's global technical support and customer service operations.
"John played a key role in landmark agreements with major customers, such as Xerox and Tectronics," says Doug Glader, general manager and executive vice president of MiLAN.
Also, MiLAN names John O'Shaughnessy as director of marketing. "John has 12 years of sales and marketing experience and a wealth of valuable relationships," comments Glader. "He brings to MiLAN a strong understanding of customer relationship management and marketing initiatives."
Both McQuade and O'Shaughnessy will report to Doug Glader, general manager and executive vice president, MiLAN Technology.
