August 9, 2001 CableNet Training has taken its training course to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

August 9, 2001 CableNet Training, a company that has prepared more than 100 Europeans for BICSI's (www.bicsi.org) Registered Communications Distribution Designer designation, has taken its training course to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. CableNet Training stated that participants who have already signed up for the Dubai program include European professionals working in the region's oil, network-distribution, and network-installation fields.

CableNet will hold its first six-day RCDD preparation course beginning September 29. The course will be followed by a four-day review session that begins in November 5. Exams will be held November 10.

"Europeans and Gulf professionals working in Dubai have welcomed our expansion, as it means they do not have to waste valuable time traveling to the U.K. or the U.S. to undertake the program," said Andrew Stevens, CableNet's sales and marketing director.
