April 4, 2001 Fred Yentz has received the Carter Award for the year 2000.
The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and RadiSys Corp. announced that Fred Yentz, vice president and general manager, enterprise systems division, RadiSys, and chair of the Global Enterprise Marketing (GEM) Committee of TIA, has received the prestigious Carter Award for the year 2000. The Carter Award was created to recognize outstanding service in the public interest in the field of telecommunications.
