Superior Essex gets $19.5M in settlement

June 3, 2008 -- The manufacturer recently reached a settlement related to disputed proceeds from copper antitrust litigation dating back to 2003.

June 3, 2008 -- Superior Essex recently announced that it has reached a settlement related to disputed proceeds from copper antitrust litigation dating back to 2003.

As a result, the manufacturer will receive approximately $19.5 million in cash and record a gain for the same amount in the second quarter of 2008.
