Dexter + Chaney promotes two to VP

May 21, 2008 -- Curt Westberg and Bill Neel move up from management positions in sales and development respectively.

May 21, 2008 -- Dexter + Chaney, a developer of construction-software packages frequently used in conjunction with electrical and communications estimating software, has promoted Curt Westberg and Bill Neel to vice president positions within the company. Westberg, who joined the company in 1994, is VP of sales and Neel, a Dexter + Chaney employee since 1992, VP of development.

"Curt and Bill have been instrumental in our growth over the years," said John Chaney, president and co-founder of the company. "Their promotions recognize their past efforts and position them as leaders of our future sales and product-development activities." The two new vice presidents also are now part owners of the company. Other owners include Chaney, co-founder Mark Dexter, vice president of marketing Brad Mathews, and vice president/chief operating officer John Ulacia.
