KITCO Fiber Optics offering Corning training

KITCO Fiber Optics (www.kitcofo.com) has teamed with Corning Cable Systems (www.corning.com/cablesystems) to offer the Corning TS LAN-200, a hands-on installation course for connectorization of multimode optical local area networks (LANs). The two-day course offers extensive hands-on installation practice on connectors that are in high demand for today's telecommunications designs.

The TS LAN-200 course offers theory and principles of fiber optics, and also prepares the installer for proper field termination and testing of UniCam Sc, ST-compatible, MT-RJ connectors and anaerobic connectors.

Classes are offered monthly at KITCO's Virginia Beach headquarters, and are also available at customer request.
