August 10, 2007 -- InventHelp has released it Quick Split stripping tool, developed to enable its user to cut through armored cable more quickly and easily.

Billed as an alternative to traditional cable strippers, the durably constructed tool is designed to prevent the user from injuring his or her knuckles when stripping armored cable.

The company reports that three of its clients, inventors from Northford, North Branford and Branford, Connecticut, were responsible for the tool's design. (The original design, which is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers, was submitted to InventHelp's Connecticut office.)

The inventors said they came up with the idea for the tool based on their own professional experience. "Cutting through armored cable is difficult and dangerous, and I've cut my knuckles performing this task, so I came up with this idea to reduce the risk of injury," said one inventor.
