June 1, 2007 -- Liberty Wire & Cable, a supplier of wire and cable products for the audio/video trade, has announced a major expansion in its OEM services.

June 1, 2007 -- Liberty Wire & Cable, a supplier of wire and cable products for the audio/video trade, has announced a major expansion in its OEM services, which the company says have increased by 40% in the past two years.

According to a press release, the expansion includes a 100% increase in the size of the company's OEM sales force, which is led by OEM sales manager Matt Earl.

Liberty's stated goal is to better serve the growing number of business customers seeking its custom cable products. Through a variety of specialized OEM services, Liberty says it offers "a complete production line partnership." The company's OEM products include bulk and custom cable, custom cable assemblies, custom milled plates and panels, and custom specialty printing.

Offered services include confidential research and development, product application reviews and assessments, environmental assessments, prototype construction, and pre-production proofs for color, performance and connectivity.

The OEM services are available to a range of markets, including automotive, consumer and professional electronics, medical technology, ship building, industrial environments, and to manufacturers of control systems, loudspeakers and projectors.
