Oct. 20, 2004 - The Genesis CatLink 6 Plus, like other products in its family, is tested to twice the standard-specified frequency.

Honeywell's Genesis CatLink 6 Plus cable (www.genesiscable.com) is the company's newest voice and data communications cable. Like other cables in the Genesis CatLink product line, it has been tested to twice the bandwidth of standard specifications-in this case, to 500 MHz.

"Our new CatLink 6 Plus cable is an important new offering," said director of marketing for Honeywell Cable Products Joe Nitiss. "At over 250 MHz, it's ideal to comfortably support today's needs as well as the increased voice and data traffic of the future."

The cable is listed for general purpose, riser, or plenum applications, is ETL-verified, and is ISO 9001-2000-certified. It is available in a variety of standard jacket colors and contains a dielectric spacer and ripcord.
