Valerie Rybinski re-joins The Siemon Company

The Siemon Company has announced that Valerie Rybinski has re-joined the
company as global sales engineer.

In her new role, Rybinski will provide technical-oriented support for Siemon's marketing and sales force, act as a key presenter at Siemon's educational seminars and other speaking engagements worldwide, and be responsible for the composition of various
white papers and other technical documentation.

Rybinski originally worked for the Siemon Company as an electrical engineer and senior
electrical engineer from 1990 to 2001. After a short term away, during which she had the opportunity to develop additional skills and increase her expertise in cable engineering, Rybinski rejoined Siemon in March.

Rybinski has an impressive background of credentials including a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut, and actively participates in working groups responsible for the development and publication of telecommunications standards such as TIA/EIA-568-B and TIA/EIA-568-B.1 (Category 6). She is the vice chairman of the TIA TR-42.7 copper cabling sub-committee, chairman of the TIA TR-42.7.1 connecting hardware working group, and TIA TR-42 appointed liaison to IEEE 802.3. Rybinski is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, has authored more than 40 technical articles and engineering papers, and holds several U.S. patents.
