At the upgraded services center located within the Mayflex HQ facility, the distributor says its customers can still order from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., but now among a range of new product displays with far more offers available, i.e. it’s easier for customers to buy a range of products on the spot. Plus, Mayflex says a lounge area has been made more comfortable for customers who need to wait for their items.
Mayflex says the Trade Counter is open to anyone, whether they are current customers of the distributor or not. A person can just drop in and buy an item over the counter or they can call in and collect pre-ordered items at their convenience, even on the same day. As part of the facility refresh, Mayflex has also enhanced its Online Ordering facility so that customers can now place orders online and the product will be ready for them to collect directly from the counter. Customers can place orders online right up until to 8 p.m. ready to be collected from the Trade Counter the very next day from 6 a.m., says Mayflex.
