Teracai gains Cisco Telepresence designation

VAR says gaining the Cisco TelePresence Video Express ATP designation indicates its AV-integration skillset.

Unified-communications and virtualization VAR Teracai recently announced it has achieved TelePresence Video Express Authorized Technology Partner (ATP) status from Cisco by fulfilling the training and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco TelePresence Video products and solutions at the Express level.

“With recognition at the Express level, Teracai is now able to market Cisco TelePresence Video endpoints, offer targeted infrastructure solutions, and differentiate itself based on the extent of its unique audiovisual integration skillset,” the company said when announcing its achievement.

Tim Duffy, vice president of professional services for Teracai, said with the designation the company “will be able to provide the knowledge and expertise necessary to market this emerging technology, ultimately creating a distinct business value for our customers. This accomplishment demonstrates the commitment of our team to continually enhancing our skills and knowledge base, allowing us to better serve our customers’ changing needs.”

Teracai is also a Cisco Silver Certified Partner and a Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialized Partner.
