Graybar announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Advantage Industrial Automation. The transaction is scheduled to close on April 1, 2015. Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, Advantage provides control and automation solutions to industrial users, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators.

Advantage was founded in 1989 and has six locations in the southeastern United States. As a subsidiary of Graybar, the company will continue to operate under the Advantage Industrial Automation name with the same employees, leadership team and suppliers.
