Volt Telecom notches ISO recertification

Provider of voice/data structured cabling is ISO 9001:2008 certified through 2014.

Volt Telecom Group (VTG - Corona, CA), a provider of voice/data switch management, cabling, wireless, and facility security solutions, announced that it has been recertified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant.

ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognized standard for business Quality Management Systems (QMS) that focuses on continuous improvement as a means to increase client satisfaction. VTG has been ISO 9001:2008 certified since 1999 and will now be certified through 2014.

VTG’s recertification covers business services for dispatch, installation and maintenance of voice and data structured cabling operations and professional staffing, and government and commercial contracting.

“VTG uses ISO as an integral part of its management practice, enabling us to develop more stringent management controls and provide sustainable and consistent quality service to our customers,” comments Chuck Scott, VTG's chief operating officer.
