The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) will give away a copy of its ANSI/TIA-942-B Data Center Standard to one attendee of the data center workshop it is hosting on Oct. 16-17.
The panel discussion was especially intended to include a systems vendor's perspective on the benefits of using NBASE-T technology, alongside a cabling vendor's view on meeting NBASE-T requirements, and a testing vendor’s insight on assessing existing installations for NBASE-T success.

In their shared exhibition booth, the companies showcased recent advances in Power-over-Ethernet communications and structured cabling technologies that the companies note "have vastly expanded the scope and value of the Internet of Things (IoT)" by enabling advanced building controls and analytics and helping to create more efficient and more productive environments.
