The two brands are now collectively known as Amphenol RF, with an expanded product portfolio.

Amphenol recently announced that Amphenol Connex has merged with Amphenol RF, which is headquartered in Danbury, CT. “The combined product portfolio will be marketed and sold under the name Amphenol RF,” the company said. “The Moorpark, CA facility will continue to operate as the company’s main North American distribution center and Amphenol RF’s western region sales office, providing support to local customers.”

The company further added that customers of both brands now have “a single point of contact and access to more than double the number of products than previously available. The expanded product portfolio combined with Amphenol RF’s global manufacturing footprint and world-class engineering capabilities allow us to provide customers with nearly unlimited RFinterconnect solutions,” Amphenol concluded.
