Legrand recently introduced Laurie Englert as its newest Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Legrand, North and Central America.
As noted in a Jan. 26 press release, Englert takes on the new position for Legrand, North and Central America as the global specialist and industry leader in electrical wiring devices and cable management solutions' former CMO of 15 years, Stephen Schoffstall, retired at the end of 2022.
As noted by Legrand, Englert brings to the CMO position 30+ years of experience in various marketing and communication roles, managing high-performing, customer-focused functional teams such as digital experience, customer relationship management (CRM), learning experience, channel marketing, customer care, and others.
Most recently, Englert led the integration of nine independent brands into one brand under Legrand | AV.
In her new role, she will oversee marketing strategy across all Legrand business divisions, and serve as a member of the company's executive committee.
Previously, Englert held Marketing Director and VP level roles at both Milestone AV Technologies (which was acquired by Legrand in 2017), and Graco, Inc.

Throughout her career, Laurie has continuously strived to expand her business acumen, earning a Master of Business Communication from St. Thomas University in 2017 and becoming involved in many non-profit boards and associations.
