L-com has signed an agreement to have its products distributed by Carlton-Bates Company (CBC), a subsidiary of Wesco Distribution, Inc.

Carlton-Bates has more than 35 sales and distribution offices supporting its North American customers in the industrial and OEM segments, and is among the top suppliers of electronics components in the United States. L-com's wired and wireless products will now join other leading manufacturers of cable assemblies, connectors, adapters, cable accessories, enclosures, antennas, and various other connectivity products on the Carlton-Bates lines card.

"We are excited to partner with Carlton-Bates," comments Earle Durham, L-com's executive VP of global sales. "Their strong presence in the Automation Controls and Electrical markets will be a great asset to L-com. In addition, RS Electronics, recently acquired by Carlton-Bates, will bring additional synergies to serve customers in other markets such as industrial OEM."
