400G interconnect innovator Credo expands board of directors

Credo, a provider of high performance, mixed-signal semiconductors for the data center, enterprise networking and high performance computing markets, and a specialist in Serializer-Deserializer (SerDes) technology which delivers high performance, low power connectivity solutions for 100G, 400G, and 800G port-enabled networks, has announced the appointment of David Zinsner to the company's board of directors.

Zinsner is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Micron Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MU).

“On behalf of the full board, we are pleased to welcome David to Credo,” said Bill Brennan, Credo’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “David has extensive semiconductor industry executive experience and we look forward to leveraging his strategic guidance and deep financial insights.”

Zinsner joined Micron in February 2018 with more than 20 years of financial and operations experience in the semiconductor and technology industry, after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Affirmed Networks. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Analog Devices. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Intersil Corp. Zinsner holds a master’s degree in business administration, finance and accounting from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University.

“I am excited to join the board of Credo, a demonstrated leader and innovator in the delivery of high-speed SerDes and interconnect solutions,” commented Zinsner. “I look forward to helping the company continue its growth trajectory and market leadership."
