Welcome to our periodic showcase of facepalm-inducing ICT photos found recently submitted on social media to Reddit's 'Cablefail' sub-community. Of this week's headline, for those who don't know, per definition by a reliable source, it's an expression often used, "To mean that a person is 'all that' and more. Usually it is an opinion, and the only one who thinks it is that person."

And if that person happens to an oblivious member of the electrician's trade, it may help to describe that dreaded technical excrescence, the one structured cabling installers often call, "The Sparky Special..."

"Brand new install, handed over to client -- and this is how the IT Dept. left it 2 days later."-- T.F., Essex, UK
