By partnering with Adaptiv, OTG says it gains a powerful tool to help channel partners ensure a successful digital transformation for business clients.

Adaptiv Networks, a cloud-native SD-WAN-as-a-service vendor, this month announced a channel partnership with OTG Consulting, a consortium of influential and connected telecom executives, to help channel partners find the right solution for clients as they transition business communications services from PSTN to UCaaS.

Adaptiv Networks provides network connectivity for small and medium-sized businesses that rely on business cloud applications. The company is a developer of software-defined wide-area networks (SD-WANs) for challenging locations requiring high availability for business-critical application traffic. Businesses rely on Adaptiv Networks’ cloud-managed SD-WAN to provide agile, secure, high-performance networking for their voice, data, and video communications needs.

Serving more than 500 customers, with more than 8,000 sites deployed through an ecosystem of more than 100 partners globally, Adaptiv Networks also has to its credit a large portfolio of SD-WAN focused patents. The firm contends its highly reliable SD-WAN technologies enhance the quality and reliability of any Unified Communications solution, and provide seamless failover that eliminates dropped voice or video calls when a link outage occurs.

By partnering with Adaptiv, OTG has a powerful tool to help channel partners ensure a successful digital transformation for business clients.

“Adaptiv’s agile solutions with their seamless failover and automated call prioritization will enable us to deliver superior quality of experience for UCaaS services,” said Jeffrey Pearl, CEO and founder of OTG Consulting. “They are an important addition to our robust portfolio of IT technology solutions for the channel that meet real-world customer needs and reduce costs.”

OTG Consulting is a consortium of some of the industry’s most influential connected telecom executives leveraging their inside knowledge to assist SMB and enterprise businesses in their transition from the PSTN (old telecom networks) to IP-based Unified Communications platforms to provide efficacy and savings. OTG Consulting’s channel partners solve complex IT challenges as their customers move to IP communications.

Notably, OTG is driven by an Application Expense Management system allowing customers the visibility and inventory control required for success in today’s workplace. The firm offers experience, knowledge, and technical understanding, as well as associations with key players and partners, to help with new technology selection.

“OTG develops long-term satisfied customers by finding technology solutions that best fit their needs and reduce their costs. Reduction in technology and process complexity are essential needs,” said Bernard Breton, CEO of Adaptiv Networks. “Companies today are utilizing many applications in the cloud, and it has become very chaotic and hard to manage. While Adaptiv solutions simplify the complexity of networking, OTG simplifies the complexity of navigating technology selection and channel sales. That combination is a win for the channel and the customer.”
