Graybar CFO resigns

Randall Harwood will take over for outgoing CFO/senior vice president D. Beatty D’Alessandro.

Graybar recently announced that effective January 1, 2013, Randall R. Harwood will become the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer. Harwood has worked for Graybar since 1978 and has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 2009, currently serving as district vice president in the company’s Dallas district.

He will take over for D. Beatty D’Alessandro, who will resign as senior vice president, CFO and member of Graybar’s board effective at the end of the year.

Graybar’s president and chief executive officer Kathleen M. Mazzarella said, “We appreciate the many ways Beatty has contributed to Graybar’s success over the years. We also congratulate Randy on his new assignment. Throughout his career, Randy has demonstrated strong leadership, solid judgment and excellent financial-management skills. I look forward to working with him as he takes on this very important role at Graybar.”
