Acquisition allows for the expansion of On Target’s data center and network infrastructure capabilities.

On Target Voice and Data, Inc., an electrical and telecommunications contractor based in Orange, CA , announced that it has completed its acquisition of the business assets of Fusion IP of Irvine, California, an IT solutions provider serving global Fortune 1000 customers.

On Target says the acquisition allows for the expansion of its capabilities by adding multiple network solutions to its already diverse portfolio of product and services. Solutions offered by On Target include monitoring and managing customer networks, technical support, cloud computing, data center network security, storage, unified communications, virtualization, VoIP (Voice over IP) and video conferencing.

As a result of the acquisition, On Target says it is now able to offer its customers a more complete suite of networking solutions to choose from depending on their application needs. In addition, On Target offers certified specialists with extensive experience in designing and engineering a range of cloud computing environments from small pods to multi-chassis solutions. On Target says its CCIE certified data center professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and insight that can assist with the set up of their customer’s on-demand (OD) computing.
