It’s January, and the time for New Year’s resolutions is upon us!

It’s January, and the time for New Year’s resolutions is upon us! Let’s all repeat: “This year, we as cabling professionals resolve not to let situations such as these recur, fester, linger, propagate, accumulate, or otherwise thrive at our orderly cabling jobsites.” Here’s hoping!

New Year’s resolutions aside, when the best you can do is to snap a photo of the cabling mess in front of you for posterity, please do! Then send it to [email protected] for inclusion on this page and/or in our online Must-See Photos gallery. Cheers for a productive 2018!

Cabling installer S.S. sends us this gem: “Found calcification in the fiber enclosure when customer’s fiber trunk between buildings went down.”

R.C., a telecom engineer based in the U.S. eastern region, contributes this monstrosity: “One for the archives — undisclosed government call center location in upstate New York.”
