Narad Networks, Inc., (www.naradnetworks.com) has announced its board of directors, which includes Bob Metcalfe, Rouzbeh Yassini, and Jonathan Flint. The company has also secured $41.6 million in its first round of private financing. Narad Networks is developing next generation broadband IP access networks and an advanced service-enabling environment.
