Convergent Communications (www.converg.com) has completed the sale of certain voice key systems and PBX operations to Inter-Tel Technologies, Inc. (www.inter-tel.com). Inter-Tel purchased select assets and assumed select liabilities of Convergent Communications' voice key systems and PBX integration business.
