Consolidated Communications Uniting Its Businesses Under One Brand
Consolidated Communications has taken the next step in its transformation, bringing its residential, business, and wholesale operations together under a single brand: Fidium. Fidium now represents all of the company’s fiber-based solutions across the U.S., serving over 75% of its broadband customers. The company anticipates that its fiber footprint will reach over 80% of its customers within the next few years.
Under the new unified brand are:
Fidium Fiber, delivering multi-gig residential internet with streamlined simplicity.
Fidium Business, offering scalable fiber internet, networking, voice, security, and collaboration solutions.
Fidium Wholesale, providing carrier-grade transport and connectivity solutions nationwide.
Since 2020, the company has invested roughly $1.7 billion in fiber infrastructure, growing to serve more than 700 communities. Additional financing of over $1 billion will further fuel Fidium’s expansion. This brand expansion also introduces Fidium’s new tagline, “Fiber up”, showing the company’s goal to bring communities, businesses, and people to grow and innovate together.
