Panduit's Vertical Exhaust Duct (VED) technology integrates with the company's Net-Contain system.

A new video shows how Panduit's Vertical Exhaust Duct (VED) technology integrates with the company's Net-Contain system, which is designed to separate data center cold and hot air streams to and from equipment.

The company contends that the highly efficient passive thermal management solution provided by the VED optimizes data center airflow by channeling heat from the cabinet directly to the overhead ceiling return plenum, increasing cooling efficiency while significantly lowering a facility's operating expenses.
