Lencore, a Long Island, NY-based manufacturer of commercial networked sound masking, paging, audio and mass notification systems, has announced the addition of Greg Brower to the company's team of sales representatives. Brower will represent Lencore to architects, system designers, furniture dealers, and end users in the upstate New York market. Greg is a graduate of Michigan State University and brings to Lencore 20 years of extensive experience as both a dealer and manufacturer representative in the acoustics industry. Lencore Acoustics Corp. manufactures masking, mass notification, paging and music systems that include networked systems, in-plenum systems, direct fired systems, networked direct fired systems, centralized, decentralized, and remote sound masking systems. All systems are UL listed for use in air-handling spaces and have been independently tested to meet ASTM standards for speech privacy and ANSI standards for open platform.

As noted by Lencore's FAQs page on its website, "a networked sound masking system can enable the end user to access the system controls and make system adjustments through a web device. Some systems allow both on-site access and remote access. Make sure your system is password protected and it doesn't require third-party system to be loaded on your server in order to manage the sound masking, paging or music."
