BICSI, the global association for advancement of the information and communications technology (ICT) community, is pleased to announce Wes Johnston and Phill Nosworthy as the keynote speakers for its 2019 ICT Canada—Presented by BICSI event, happening from April 8-10 at the Toronto Congress Centre.
