The Ethernet Alliance’s Technology Exploration Forum: Ethernet in the Age of AI

The Ethernet Alliance recently shared the details of its upcoming Technology Exploration Forum (TEF 2024): Ethernet in the Age of AI. The event will look at how Ethernet is “adapting to the demands of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and play host to meaningful discussions that will shape the future of both technologies”. The event will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California from October 22nd-23rd, 2024.

Some of the major topics of the event include emerging synergies between Ethernet and AI, AI networks and network topologies, requirements for AI networks such as latency, power, and efficiency, future trends and tech shaping Ethernet and AI, and much more. The keynote speakers are engineers from top tech companies Meta, Microsoft, and Google.

Attending the event will not only bring networking opportunities and the ability to possibly collaborate, but there will also be discussions to participate in regarding Ethernet and AI. From keynote speakers, attendees can get fresh perspectives about the integration of Ethernet and AI as well as its worldwide impacts on industry, business, and users.
