Treat #2: Free guide untangles NEC’s Chapter 8

Universally recognized National Electrical Code expert Mike Holt has authored a lengthy document entitled “Mike Holt’s Illustrated Guide to the National Electrical Code, Volume 2.” It deals with the 2008 edition of the NEC, which is the edition still in force in many jurisdictions even though the 2011 edition also has been published. The real treat, though, is that Holt has made the 38-page chapter dealing with the NEC’s Chapter 8 available for free download. You can go directly to the document (a 6-MB PDF) here.
