Schneider Electric recently announced the winners of it Global System Integrator Excellence Awards for the facilities energy management industry.

Schneider Electric recently announced the winners of its Global System Integrator Excellence Awards for the data center and industrial facilities energy management industry. The annual award recognizes companies and individuals responsible for providing superior innovations, achievements and technical service in helping industrial and data center infrastructure organizations meet their technical and business challenges.

In recent years, Schneider Electric has considerably expanded its automation line up, while giving system integrators access to the Schneider Electric Industry System Integrator Alliance Partner Program, which covers all areas of industrial automation from field control to operational software and systems. Schneider Electric's preferred partners in the industrial sector are system integrators who design, develop and support automation systems to meet customers’ needs for the performance, reliability, precision and efficiency of their operations.

Schneider Electric's Global System Integrator Excellence awards were given in four categories:

-- The Business Growth Award recognized Ektaco (Estonia) as the system integrator with the largest last 12 months' percentage business growth. The company reportedly maximized its results through benefits of the Schneider Electric Industry System Integrator Alliance Partner Program such as: the monitoring of joint projects, customer visits, the use pre-sales tools such as specifications, and tested validated, documented architectures (TVDA), as well as participation in technical training.

-- The Business Development Award recognized Electro 80 as the system integrator who generated the largest revenue in 2013. For many years, the company has been particularly active in the aforementioned partner program, demonstrating its expertise by providing solutions to large projects, including the full range of Schneider Electric's PlantStruxure systems.

-- The Technical Expertise Award and the Global System Integrator Partner of the Year awards both recognized Artiflex (South Africa). The first award recognizes the system integrator who displayed the best use of Schneider's PlantStruxure platform. The second award recognizes Schneider's alliance partner who excelled in a variety of criteria including revenue, capability and experience in solution delivery, engineering capacity and loyalty to Schneider electric.

The award winners were selected by a jury made up of Schneider Electric VIPs among more than 700 Industry System Integrator Alliance Partner Program members, coming from more than 30 countries around the world. The award ceremony will take place this month in Cannes (France), in honor of the finalists.

"The recognition of companies and employees of Schneider Electric Industry System Integrator Alliance is an important aspect of the program," commented Andrew Brown, Strategy and Industry System Integrator Alliance Director at Schneider Electric. "These awards recognize our partners for their innovation, achievements and quality services that enable our customers in industry and infrastructure to meet their technical and business objectives."
