Concert Technologies recently expanded its nationwide 24-hour emergency connectivity services “to ensure immediate remediation efforts are available to companies that depend on the internet for their day-to-day operations,” the company said. Concert manages more than 55,000 technicians that cover every zip code in the United States. The company specializes in managing structured cabling and building infrastructure design, installation, maintenance and documentation. Concert installs customer-premises equipment, and can perform emergency work in outside-plant and inside wiring environments.

“While COVID-19 may cause federal, state, and local quarantines, or other restrictions, both FEMA [Federal Emergency Management Agency] and CISA [Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency] have identified the telecommunications industry as an essential critical infrastructure,” Concert Technologies explained. The company added that it “will continue to work in and support all job sites while permitted by law and the authority having jurisdiction.

“We have communicated our COVID-19 continuity of operations plan with our local partners and are making every effort possible to provide the necessary resources to ensure that they can react swiftly and safely to nationwide emergency connectivity requests.”

Concert Technologies offers the following services.

  • Nationwide emergency remediation—Providing licensed technicians equipped with essential critical infrastructure company IDs to ensure a client’s connectivity is up and running
  • Nationwide equipment sparing—A nationwide network of warehouses and rapid deployment resources allows Concert to secure spare equipment for emergencies that demand timely support
  • Nationwide rollout support—The project management office remains fully staffed and available to assist with new as well as ongoing projects that require additional support
