Cable tie cutter leaves smooth ends with no spikes

The Xuron Model 2275 Quick-Cutter tool features the company's patented Micro-Shear bypass cutting technology.

An ergonomic cutter tool especially designed for cutting cable ties and leaving smooth and flat ends without spikes to prevent people from being scratched has been introduced by Xuron Corp. of Saco, Maine, a company of Venmark International.

Originally developed for the cabling harness industry, the Xuron Model 2275 Quick-Cutter tool features the company's patented Micro-Shear bypass cutting technology that cuts cable ties square, rather than pinching them and leaving spikes which can cut or scratch people.

Ergonomically designed for proper cutting leverage, the Xuron Model 2275 Quick-Cutter features soft rubber hand grips that are comfortable to hold in either hand, plus the company's patented Light-Touch return spring, and no awkward finger loops.

Designed for rapidly cutting cable ties, regardless of their application, the tool provides full cutting capacity along the entire length of its blades.

The Xuron Model 2275 Quick-Cutter sells for an MSRP of $18.95. Literature is available upon request from www.xuron.com.
