Rapidly growing fiber to the home (FTTH) internet service provider Fiber Fast Homes has this week announced the appointment of Sarah Conway to the role of Business Development Specialist for the state of Texas. Conway is an experienced telecommunications professional who has previously worked in the fiber industry, notably with AT&T.

Conway joins Fiber Fast Homes with over 12 years of account management, training and sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Fiber Fast Homes, she was an enterprise fiber account executive for AT&T, and worked as a senior business account executive at Comcast Business, as well as a regional training manager at T-Mobile.

Originally from Rome, Georgia, Conway has moved throughout the United States while supporting her spouse who is in the U.S. Marine Corps. According to a press release, "she first moved to Texas in 2002, and now considers it her forever home and plans to raise her young family in the Lone Star State."

Conway commented: “I look forward to working with builders and developers to explore the benefits of fiber to the home and, more specifically, what Fiber Fast Homes has to offer. We believe our product is very compelling to developers and builders, as well as homeowners, and that we will see good traction in Texas.”

“We are very pleased to have Sarah join us at such an exciting time,” said Scott Sampson, CEO of Fiber Fast Homes. “There are a lot of opportunities in Texas so we are expecting great things out of that market and we know Sarah is the right person to lead our growth.”

According to Sampson, Texas offers an excellent opportunity for Fiber Fast Homes given its size and economic strength.

A subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE:BOC), Fiber Fast Homes is a FTTH internet service provider that partners with developers and builders to provide fiber internet services at Gigabit speeds. Offering service to new home and build-to-rent communities across the country, the company says it takes pride in the high quality of customer service it provides to both its partners and community residents.

Recently, the company announced the appointment of industry veteran John Nangle to the position vice president of operations, a role that includes leading the company’s expansion into Western U.S. homebuilding markets, including Colorado, Nevada and Texas.
