January 6, 2009 -- The Smart LB telecommunications conduit bodies from Smart Pathways LLC maintain the bend radius requirements for both copper and fiber cabling applications.

The standards-compliant Smart LB conduit body is specifically designed to maintain the required bend radius for copper and fiber data and communication cabling. The conduit bodies are UL/CSA listed for electrical and data applications, and compliant with the BICSI TDMM 11th edition (2006) – Chapter 4 Section 1 for Horizontal Pathway Systems.

Fashioned from PVC and die cast aluminum materials, the Smart LB provides wire management for fiber optic and category (5, 5e, 6a and 7) data/communication cabling in outside plant applications. The product is also recognized per NEC Articles 770 and 800 for plenum, riser and general purpose applications for optical fiber and telecommunications cables.
