The cabinet enables combinations of 19- and 23-inch equipment to be installed in the same rack. It can also accommodate metric and European Telecommunication Standards Institute equipment. The 19-inch version provides a cable channel on either side of the panel mount. The unit features lightweight construction and has a load capacity of 500 pounds. The cabinet can roll through standard 84-inch doors and has a recessed fan tray, which does not violate interior Electronic Industries Alliance spacing requirements. It has pre-cut cable-entry positions on top and bottom, removable and lockable side panels, and a vented rear door. Its footprint is 24 inches wide by 311/2 inches deep. The unit is priced at $860.
