The 5000 and 6000 Series Poleterm and Stranterm u-idc terminals are available in potted, stubbed units suitable for mounting on aerial cables with either stub left or stub right, or for mounting on walls or wooden, concrete, or metal poles with either stub up or down. The terminals serve as the interface between aerial or buried distribution cables coming from the central office and subscriber drop wires.
