On the job with a Charter Communications broadband technician

Come along for a ride and spend a day with David Walker, lead system technician for St. Louis, MO-based broadband cable service provider Charter Communications. The first service call is to a customer who is experiencing trouble with her video signal. Then, Walker heads over to check out an issue with a customer's phone service. On an average day, Walker says he completes 5 or 6 service calls.
