Ortronics appoints Panico president

August 4, 2004 - Formerly an executive at Nalco Company and Honeywell, he took the helm at Ortronics July 19.

Ortronics (www.ortronics.com) has appointed Mark Panico as its president, effective July 19. Panico most recently was general manager at Nalco Company's Global Industrial & Institutional Services Division. Prior to joining Nalco, Panico held executive positions at Honeywell Automation Control & Solutions Services. While there, he was responsible for two businesses that developed and implemented systems to increase the productivity of manufacturing plants or reduce energy consumption. Prior to Honeywell, he worked in marketing and sales at General Electric Plastics Division.

Panico is a graduate of Fairfield University.
