Sometimes when the degree of cable fail is just too egregious, ICT techs in the field figure, This had to have been done on purpose. Then they post their photos to Reddit's various social media sub-communities (r/Cablefail not least) dedicated to documenting IT technical malfeasance, as found on the job site, for the rest of us to point and laugh at -- and the cycle continues: wash, rinse, repeat...
