Megapixel IPsurveillance camera
Several new megapixel models are now available within the I-ONYX line of IP video surveillance cameras, and are in conjunction with the release of the newest version of ViconNet digital video management software, which will provide support for the company’s as well as third-party megapixel cameras. The cameras,featuring 1.3 megapixel resolution andM-JPEG/MPEG-4 compression, are available in bullet, dome, and vandal-proof dome models. Indoor, outdoor, day/night, and IR day/night versions are available. All include a micron megapixel CMOS module, Power over Ethernet, power adapter, and competitive frame-per-second performance. Lenses vary by model.
The Keyed LC fiberoptic system is designed to facilitate secure, modular, end-to-end keyed connectivity for all LC cabling and interconnect elements in the enterprise. The system includes keyed LC versions of the company’s Opti-Core patch cords and pigtails, OptiCam pre-polished cam connectors, Opticom fiber adapter panels, and Mini-Com adapter modules. Color-specific keys with positive and negative keying features mechanically and visually distinguish connectivity to prevent unauthorized mating with unlike keyed or non-keyed adapters. The proprietary design provides strict keying integrity to help comply with physical layer securitypractices, and also addresses identification and authorization aspects of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
Small-scale OSP enclosure
The TME Mini 22 RU outdoor enclosure designed as a compact, lightweight and versatile solution for housing equipment in lower-capacity outside plant applications. Engineered for use as a single multi-carrier power amplifier (MCPA) solution, the enclosure is 42" high x 23" wide x 30" deep. Top panel, side panel, hatch, and door options can accommodate a variety ofequipment. The TME Mini can be mounted on a pole, a traditional pad, or an H-frame. Lightweight construction is designed for simplified installation, with specifications engineered to key industry standards. This enclosure provides 22rack units of internal space, room for asingle MCPA and associated powerdistribution, or additional MCPAs asrequired.
HP R5500 uninterruptible power system (UPS) is designed for dense data centerenvironments, featuring 1500 watts per unit or 4500 watts total in 3U. This line-interactive UPS uses a digital signal processor rather than a transformer, and provides voltage regulation without using the battery. With two independently controllable load segments, an optional rack-to-towerconversion kit, and free HP Power Management software included, the R5500 can be customized for specific situations and to manage systems remotely. Option cards and Extended Runtime Modules (ERMs) add networking capabilities and loadsegmentation, while increasing system back-up time. The two load segments provide flexibility for configuringscheduled startups and shutdowns, and to independently control separate loads.
High-speed cable labeler
The Rolly 1000 is a high-speed desktop thermal printer designed for volume printing of wire markers and adhesive labels. Proprietary push-in wire labels are printed on the Rolly 1000 and then inserted into a see-through holder that slides onto a wire or cable. This method, says the company, can eliminate problems associated with adhesive wire markers, such as incorrect orientation that can limit view, drying of the adhesive causing the marker to separate from the wire, or discoloring and damage caused byfactory dust or fluids. This 300-dpi thermal transfer device can print logos and other information normally found on equipment labels, with 1,000 labels printed and ready for use in less than two minutes. Printer ribbons are capable of printing up to 130,000 labels, and are available in black, blue, red, orange or green. Operation of the Rolly 1000 is via Windows- based software, through which you can upload data to be printed from a wide range of file types.
