On March 14, NSI Industries, LLC (Huntersville, NC), a provider of electrical and control products, announced a merger with Platinum Tools (Newbury Park, CA), a move that NSI says will have the effect of "expanding its product portfolio and market reach, while creating new value for a wide range of customers."
