Unmanaged switch is aimed at railway, heavy industrial and mobile networks.

The LNP-800-M12 unmanaged switch from Aaxeon Technologies offers 8, 10/100TX ports with 4 of them IEEE 802.3af-compliant Power over Ethernet ports. The switch has M12 screw-type connectors rather than traditional RJ45s. "The design is perfect for applications such as railway, heavy industries, or other mobile applications that require tight and secure connections in order to overcome high vibration and shock," Aaxeon says.

The switch complies with EN50155/50121-3-2/50121-4 (railway applications), and is available with a temperature range from -40 to +70 degrees Celsius. It is enclosed in an IP30 aluminum case for harsher environments.
