BICSI promotes four staff members

Organization's staffing structure now includes a CFO, director of HR, director of membership and marketing, and sales manager.

BICSI recently promoted four of its staff members as part of a staffing structural change at its Tampa, FL headquarters.

Betty Eckerbrecht, CPA, CA was promoted to vice president of adminsitration and CFO. She joined BICSI more than six years ago and has held numerous executive positions within the organization, including director of administration and finance. She also served as acting director of international operations and acting executive director for BICSI.

Ronda V. Thomas, SPHR was promoted to director of human resources. In her four years at BICSI Ronda has served as human resource manager. She is a credentialed Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Maarja Kolberg, CAE has been promoted to director of membership and marketing. Since joining BICSI more than four years ago, Kolberg has served as both communications manager and communications coordinator.

Rick Westcott was promted to the position of sales manager. Westcott joined BICSI six years ago and has served as sales executive and service consultant.
