Antaira Launches Fast Ethernet Switches for Industrial Automation and Railway Networks

Antaira has released its new LNX-0800-M12-67 Series, a line of 8-port unmanaged, Fast Ethernet switches featuring IP67 waterproof housing, dust resistance, and vibration-proof M12 connectors built to last in harsh industrial automation and railway settings. While the switches are protected against network disturbances, their 12-8VDC power input makes them usable in situations where power redundancy is required or where multiple power sources are available.

Antaira kept in mind the consistent challenge of maintaining connectivity in industrial environments, which is why the LNX-0800-M12-67 has eight 10/100BASE-TX ports that use M12 D-coded connectors for “the most reliable data transmission, along with a dedicated M12 A-coded connector for safeguarding power.” The eight ports enable more devices to be connected to the network at the same time, which provides scalability opportunities and accommodates future growth.

The LNX-0800-M12-67 Series offers a standard operating range of -10°C to 65°C or -40°C to 75°C for the extended range "T" model. Dual mounting options simplifies planning and installation, as LNX-0800-M12-67 switches can be used across multiple sites without requiring different models.”
