Chicago, IL (September 14, 2016) —Tripp Lite, a manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, announced today that its 3-Phase Rack Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) was recognized by the judges of the annual Cabling Installation & Maintenance Innovators Awards program.
Tripp Lite was honored with a silver-level award. The judging panel for the awards included cabling and communications system specifiers, designers, integrators and managers with vast professional experience.
This new 3-Phase Rack ATS with patented technology from Tripp Lite combines the speed of solid-state switching with the efficiency of an electromechanical relay switch. The result saves installers and operators thousands of dollars per rack over alternative in-rack power strategies.
